First Response Mobile RV Repair was built from a shared love of travel, service, and helping people when they need it most.
After years of working in education and public service, we made the decision to trade a traditional lifestyle for full-time RV living and travel the country with our family. Life on the road gave us a firsthand understanding of the challenges RV owners face—from unexpected repairs and maintenance issues to the stress of finding someone reliable while away from home.
Michael, a United States Marine Corps veteran, brought his mechanical experience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service into the RV industry. After completing professional RV technician training through the National RV Training Academy, he began helping fellow RV owners diagnose problems, complete repairs, and keep their rigs safe and comfortable.
Reveille brings more than a decade of experience in education, organization, communication, and customer service. She manages scheduling, customer communication, marketing, and the day-to-day operations of the business, helping ensure every customer receives clear information and dependable support from the first phone call through the completion of the job.
Together, we created First Response Mobile RV Repair to provide the kind of service we would want for our own family: honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. As full-time RVers ourselves, we understand that an RV is more than a vehicle—it may be your home, your vacation, or the place where your family makes lifelong memories.
